Paediatric First Aid Course for Nannies, Childminders, Early Years and Child Care Workers
This Paediatric First Aid Course delivers training to deal with emergency situations that professionals may come across. The course meets all requirements/guidelines set by OFSTED, EYFS, NCMA and SureStart for Teachers, Au Pairs, Registered Childminders, Nursery staff, Play Group Leaders and those looking after young children.
The 12 hour Paediatric First Aid course can also be used as evidence for employees working towards an NVQ in Childcare and Education.
Who should attend this course?
This course is suitable for people working with young children up to eight years old or working towards an NVQ in Childcare and Education.
Course Content
The course covers how to deal with accidents and emergencies involving young children.

Course duration This 12 hour Course can be delivered over 2 days or 6 hours online home tuition and 1 day practical training Courses are taught by a Fully Qualified Pro Training First Aid Instructor and AssessorAll course information is up to date from Pro Training and The Resuscitation Council. This course fully delivers the requirements set out for your workplace and meets all guidelines and requirements set out by The NCMA, OSTED and Sure Start.
Our aim is to deliver informative and if required bespoke courses which include theory and practical elements to enable professionals to feel confident and competent in their First Aid skills within the working environment.
Sessions can be run during the day, evenings or weekends.
